Kathmandu, 4th Falgun. The school handover and inauguration ceremony was held at Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Kuleshwor, Kathmandu on the auspicious occasion of Saraswoti Puja today.
The newly reconstructed school building with other required facilities was inaugurated and handed over to the School Management Committee today by the Chief Guest Honourable Minister of Education, Science, and Technology, Krishna Gopal Shrestha during a function organized on the school premise.
Four storeyed building with sixteen rooms in total was funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB) and implemented by the National Reconstruction Authority, Central Level Project Implementation Unit (Education).
On the occasion, Minister Shrestha thanked all the stakeholders including SMC chair Jagannath Subedi for their efforts to construct this school building and said that the school should take initiation focusing on quality education.
Speaking in the inauguration program, the headmaster SK Nepal expressed his happiness to see his dream come true and promised to make the school one of the best within three years time frame. He further requested the local people and guardians to have faith in him and his team at least once.
